Job description: Hiring Alert – Seller Support Associate

Job Details:
- CTC: ₹15,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month (Fixed) / ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed) Schedule: Day shift
- Location: NOIDA 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Eligibility:
- Freshers (Graduates) are welcome. Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
- Undergraduates with 6 months of experience in customer support or telecalling can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Onboard new sellers and guide them through the registration process.
- Assist sellers with queries related to product listings, policies, and account management.
- Provide excellent support via calls, ensuring seller satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and resolutions.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Language: English (Required)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools understanding.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
