Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam to join our team as Telecaller/Business Development Executives (BDE) based in Okhla, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales. Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam will allow you to effectively communicate with customers and contribute to our regional market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, introducing our services/products and generating leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through cold calls, follow-ups, and other forms of communication.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on the market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Provide clear and concise information about our products and services, addressing customer queries effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support strategies.
• Customer Support: Resolve any customer issues, concerns, or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam (spoken and written) is a must. English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages (Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam).
• Sales-Oriented: Must be goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Team Player: Must be able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
