We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services/products, and generating leads or sales while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services and answer customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English or any regional language).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
