We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services/products, and generating leads or sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services and answer customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain customer data and update CRM systems with accurate information.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English or any regional language).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
