Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller (1-2 years) with expertise in the event or travel industry to generate leads, manage client interactions, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively call potential clients from the event and travel industry.
- Follow-Ups & Client Coordination: Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads and nurture relationships.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange appointments for senior executives with corporate clients and individuals planning events.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Event & Travel Industry Knowledge: Educate potential clients about our event management and travel services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly call & conversion targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team for effective client conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling/sales in the event or travel industry (Freshers, please do not apply).
- Industry Knowledge: Prior understanding of event management, corporate hospitality, or travel services.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of Hindi & English, with excellent persuasion skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online lead generation platforms.
- Target-Driven: Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
