Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ambulance bookings, service inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with drivers, hospitals, and patients to ensure timely ambulance dispatch.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Work towards achieving service quality benchmarks and performance targets.
- Escalate critical cases to the appropriate department for immediate resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Regional Language.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services or emergency response is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data entry.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
