Job Description:

• Engage in outbound or inbound calling to promote and sell products or services.
• Understand customer needs and persuasively promote offerings to generate sales.
• Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance or information related to products or services.
• Resolve customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and gather feedback.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Gather information about potential leads and create a pipeline for the sales team.
• Manage CRM dashboard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
