Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Telecaller with exceptional spoken English to join Infinity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Clearly communicate product/service details to potential clients.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken English.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a US shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
• Must have a laptop with a stable internet connection.
