About the Role
Rama Realtor is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, maintaining customer follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful closures. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain and update daily calling reports.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist during site visits when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information about projects and services.
- Track customer interactions and update records regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting is preferred.
