Responsibilities:

• Provide information on derma care products like sunscreen and moisturizer.
• Address patient inquiries and guide them on suitable treatments.
• Manage queries regarding clinic services and direct patients appropriately.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and knowledge of skincare treatments.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
• Ability to explain product benefits in simple terms.
