We are looking for Full time telecallers with 2+ years Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and address queries related to admission processes, course offerings, schedules, and other general inquiries.
• Offer suitable training programs and answer all queries related to course details, schedules, fees, and registration procedures.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, providing information about the institute’s courses, programs, and benefits.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining the value proposition of the institute.

Experience: 2+ years in telecalling, preferably in a training or educational institute.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Persuasiveness: Ability to influence and convert prospective students into enrollments.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to student queries.

CRM Proficiency: Experience in managing lead databases and using CRM systems.

Customer-Centric: Ability to understand the needs of students and parents and offer personalized services.

Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and lead conversion targets.
