Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, apartment communities, and corporate clients.
• Explain An’s Events & Caterers’ services and offerings in a professional and engaging manner.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for business meetings.
• Maintain a database of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally and confidently.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and catering is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection for remote work.

Compensation: Fixed pay per call/conversion + performance-based incentives.
