We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.
The primary responsibility is to connect with potential and existing customers, promote our IT software products/services, and contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads to explain our software products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions from our product portfolio.
- Handle inbound queries, address customer concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,120.35 – ₹15,000.00 per month
