Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Oceano Apex Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to handling calls and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide information about products/services and address customer queries.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls and outcomes in the system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure successful conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and data entry.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
