Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 a month
We are looking for a qualified Telecaller Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.
You will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Develop and deliver an effective sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of the customer.
- Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily targets.
- Keep detailed records of calls made and outcomes, and provide regular reports to the supervisor.
- Ability to persuade and convince potential customers to make a purchase or take desired action.
- Ability to adapt to different situations, customers, and changing product/service information.
- Attentive listening to understand customer needs and address concerns.
