Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 a month
Responsibilities:
- Manage Outbound calls promptly and professionally, providing courteous and helpful assistance to Guests.
- Schedule and manage guest appointments.
- Address guest inquiries regarding services, treatments, pricing and clinic policies, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate guest appointments.
- Maintain guest records and update the guests database with accurate and relevant information.
- Follow up with guests to confirm appointments, provide reminders.
- Stay updated on clinic services, treatment options and industry trends to provide accurate information to guests.
- You may need to collaborate with other call center executives, supervisors or managers to address complex guest issues or share best practices. This involves effective communication and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team targets related to call handling metrics and generate walk-ins for center. This may involve working towards targets and actively contributing to the company’s overall success.
