Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller to join our team in Gota, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain call records and update CRM software.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
