Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to promote products.
- Explain product features: Provide information about the benefits, features, and pricing of products.
- Persuade customers: Encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls: Address customer inquiries or complaints
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Collect customer data: Gather data from existing customers about their experiences with the company’s products
- Maintain contact databases: Acquire and keep contact information databases
- Transfer customers to the right department: Ensure that customers are directed to the appropriate department for further action
