Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide product/service information and resolve queries.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Follow up to ensure successful communication and conversions.
• Achieve call and sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
