Job Description: We are hiring Tele Caller Executives to manage customer interactions professionally. The role involves handling incoming queries and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about products/services.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).
• Fluent in English or Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
