Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary.

Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Preferably from Healthcare sector
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
