Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
