Job Description: Telecaller

Role: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling cold calling, outbound calls, inbound calls, and client interactions to generate leads and enhance customer engagement. You will also assist in site walk-ins, meet and greet clients, and provide necessary information to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with leads via calls, messages, and emails to ensure engagement.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the site, providing relevant information.
• Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by handling queries and concerns effectively.
