Job Description:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to the company’s property offerings, and generate leads.
• Client Engagement: Qualify leads and provide relevant property details based on client needs and preferences.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings or property site visits for potential clients with the sales team.
• Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to clients who have shown interest in properties to nurture relationships and move the sales process forward.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and potential sales in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide them with essential information, and offer guidance throughout the decision-making process.
