We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and contribute to lead generation, customer engagement, and sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Explain company services such as website development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and handle objections professionally.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Skills: Strong communication in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus). Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Attitude: Positive, energetic, and results-driven approach.
