We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and provide information about our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle multiple calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as required
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients with consultants
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure high-quality customer service
- Keep updated on company services, offers, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (Preferred) and English (Preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
