Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Tele Caller to assist clients with Golden Visa inquiries, explaining the process and benefits. Strong communication skills and target-driven performance are key for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients about Golden Visa services.
- Provide details on Golden Visa programs, benefits, and eligibility.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and meet call/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Work From Home Job (Female Only)
- Minimum 1 year Experience Needed on tele calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous telecalls or customer service experience preferred.
- Goal-oriented, with negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
