Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages, services, and destinations.
- Provide detailed information about travel itineraries and destinations.
- Assist customers with the booking process and help them make informed decisions.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Convert leads into sales by addressing customer needs and offering relevant services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain consistent communication.
- Manage bookings and ensure all customer details are accurately recorded.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after the booking process.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stay updated with knowledge of travel services, destinations, and industry trends.
