Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The primary role of a Telecaller is to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to handling calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up details.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Update CRM software with customer details and call logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
