Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The primary role of a Telecaller is to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to handling calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up details.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Update CRM software with customer details and call logs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
