Job Summary: We are hiring a Telecaller to handle student inquiries, make outbound calls, and convert leads into admissions for KCET, NEET, JEE, and PUC coaching programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to handle high call volumes, and have a science background (preferred) for this full-time role in the education sector at our Deevige Classes location in Malleswaram, Bangalore. Responsibilities include managing student inquiries and converting leads for our coaching programs for KCET, NEET, JEE and PUC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain our courses.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain and update the student inquiry database.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate course details.
- Work towards monthly admission targets and meet conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach with students and parents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or educational counseling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Science background (PUC/Graduation) is preferred.
- Knowledge of competitive exams like KCET, NEET, and JEE is a plus.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is an advantage.
