Job Summary
We are seeking a Telecalling Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, introduce them to our spiritual products, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a pre-sales role focused on handling inbound leads, addressing customer queries, and building strong relationships to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of Rudraksha and other spiritual products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their spiritual interests.
- Address queries regarding authenticity, usage, and significance of the products.
- Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and encourage conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the sales database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Basic knowledge of spiritual products, Rudraksha, or a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Experience
1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement. Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
