Job Overview: Globalytics Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and providing information about our digital marketing services and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up to ensure conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Address customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies.
• Prepare and submit reports on call performance and lead conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (training will be provided).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
