Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the US market, introducing them to our IT services, and generating leads or setting up appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects in the US market based on provided databases or lists.
• Introduce and explain our IT services to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify potential leads and qualify them as per the company’s requirements.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Neutral or US-accented English is a plus.
• Ability to work in US time zones (till-11pm to 12pm max, if required).

Experience: 0-4 years of telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT services or outbound US calling). Freshers are also welcome if they have good communication.

Location: Remote

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory/12th also work) Need good communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
