Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 a month
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries into successful affiliations, and build lasting relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective computer centers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Explain the benefits and process of affiliation with Maharshi Dayanand Computer Saksharta Mission.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into affiliated centers.
- Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Address queries regarding courses, affiliation procedures, and other services.
- Outbound calls to leads for software development of our partner firm Digiature Technology Pvt. Ltd.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Intermediate or above preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
