We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to handle customer communication and assist in managing internal teams. This role requires excellent people skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of HR operations.

You will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving queries, and supporting the HR team in managing employees efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication & Support
  • Interact with clients/customers via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Address customer queries and ensure prompt resolution of HR-related concerns.
  • Maintain a positive company image and build strong customer relationships.
• Team Management & Coordination
  • Support the HR team in managing employees and team performance.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• HR Operations & Administration
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Help in performance evaluations and reporting.
