We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, make outbound calls, and convert leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for traditional Indian wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Telecalling: Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about our products/services.
• Lead Conversion: Engage potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Sales & Follow-ups: Explain products, pricing, and benefits to customers and close sales effectively.
• CRM Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and lead status.
• Feedback & Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers, address concerns, and gather feedback for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
