Job Overview: We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads through effective follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• ✅ Explain company services such as architecture, interior design, authority sanctions, and project management to potential clients.
• ✅ Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
• ✅ Schedule appointments for site visits and follow up on inquiries.
• ✅ Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.
• ✅ Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• ✅ Handle client queries and provide necessary information promptly.
• ✅ Collaborate with the sales and design teams to convert leads into successful projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2. Proven experience as a tele caller, sales executive, or similar role.
• 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 4. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• 5. Basic knowledge of architectural and interior design services (preferred but not essential).
• 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• 7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ✅ Prior experience in telemarketing or client interaction roles.
• ✅ Enthusiastic, persuasive, and result-driven mindset.
• ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
