Key Responsibilities:

• PACS Updates: Enter and update patient data and imaging results in the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
• Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from radiology centers, patients, or medical staff, ensuring queries are addressed or escalated correctly.
• Outbound Call Management: Communicate critical report results to hospitals or relevant medical personnel promptly to ensure timely patient care.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist with creating or updating reports (OverReads, critical results delivery logs, etc.) and maintain accurate records.
• Task Coordination: Work closely with radiologists and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control: Follow established protocols and checklists to maintain accuracy in data entry and communications.
• Shift Coverage: Work in a 8 hour shift, either fixed or rotational, with 2 weekly off day, depending on business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field).
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare support, BPO/customer service, or medical call handling is a plus. Freshers can also apply
• Familiarity with medical terminology or radiology systems (especially PACS) is beneficial.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, basic software (e.g., MS Office/Google Workspace), and web applications. Ability to learn new tools (e.g., PACS, ticketing systems) quickly.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and documentation is crucial, especially when communicating critical results.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate, take feedback, and support colleagues in a remote working environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
