We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service, particularly via telephone.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and offer solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor when handling challenging situations, even under pressure.
• Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a high level of service.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues or escalate problems as necessary.
• Multitask efficiently, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Document interactions with customers and maintain accurate records in the system.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, including 1-2 years of telephone call experience.
• Proven ability to handle various customer complaints and resolve them with professionalism and care.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think critically and offer viable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers alike.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to get along well with others.

Pay: ₹8,679.59 – ₹25,000.00 per month
