Tele-Sales Executive – MakersLoft Summer Camps

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: Mid-March to Mid-June

Work Hours: 6 PM – 10 PM & 6 AM – 10 AM on weekdays, plus weekends (especially Sundays). Either Wednesday/Thursday off.

Compensation: Fixed pay + Commission on successful conversions

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to handle a high volume of parent enquiries for MakersLoft’s Summer Camps. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to earn!

Responsibilities:

Respond to parent enquiries on WhatsApp and calls regarding our Summer Camps.
Make outbound calls to interested parents, share camp details, and encourage registrations.
Convert leads into paid registrations by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure smooth registration.
Liaise with MakersLoft Sales & Marketing team

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable using WhatsApp, calling apps, and CRM tools (training provided).
Prior experience in sales/telesales/customer support is a plus.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls & messages efficiently.
Self-motivated & persuasive with a results-driven mindset.
Availability during evenings, early mornings, and weekends (especially Sundays).

Compensation: Fixed pay + Commission-based incentives on successful conversions.
