Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Calls: Greet and onboard new customers, providing them with essential information about their orders and services.
- Handle Issue Cases: Address customer concerns, complaints, or product-related queries efficiently and provide suitable resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
