Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome Calls: Greet and onboard new customers, providing them with essential information about their orders and services.
  • Handle Issue Cases: Address customer concerns, complaints, or product-related queries efficiently and provide suitable resolutions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
