Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, answering their queries, and providing information about the company’s products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product information, orders, and other inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
