Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and friendly Customer Follow-Up Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to our customers daily, following up on service inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from our extensive database.
- Follow up on previous service requests and check if they require any additional assistance.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Update and maintain customer records in our system.
- Escalate any issues or customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and call management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
