Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, support the marketing activities.
• Understanding customer needs, answering and have patience to listen their queries.
• Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.
• Follow the tele calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
• Maintain MIS Report of the leads and report to the management on daily basis.
• Interacting with the customers/patients and explaining the products and services the organization provides.
• Should be able to build a positive relationship by cold calling.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills
• Good Experience in handling customers for inbound or outbound calls.
• Long term and build confidence in the work environment.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate with 1 year experience in the related field will be a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English, Hindi, Telugu is preferred languages.
• MS Office
• Only Females are preferred.
