Springfield World School is seeking a proactive and dynamic Admission Counselor / Telecaller to handle all inbound and outbound calls related to student admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on leads, providing information to prospective parents, and assisting in the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential leads for school admissions.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Address queries from parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate school visits, admission tests, and meetings with the admissions team.
• Assist in promotional and marketing activities related to student enrollment.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with parents and guardians.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
