Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, and general inquiries regarding hospital services.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors and diagnostic departments.
- Provide information about hospital services, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, test reports, and post-discharge care.
- Address patient concerns and escalate critical issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update hospital CRM systems.
- Assist in coordinating ambulance services and emergency inquiries.
- Inform patients about billing, insurance, and payment-related queries.
- Promote healthcare services such as preventive health check-ups or special medical camps.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for patient interactions.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Regional Language for patient interactions.
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Computer literacy and experience with hospital management systems (HMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
