Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and energetic Telecaller to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in customer interaction and telecalling. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information or support.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
