We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, provide information, and assist customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients and explain our services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and address customer queries efficiently.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer relationship.
• Keep records of calls and update the database with customer details.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and ensure quality service delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Ability to handle objections and persuade customers effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹26,269.02 per month

Schedule: Day shift
