Medbird Pharma, a pharmaceutical marketing company, is seeking a certified Pharmacist to join our team as a Telecaller, promoting high-quality healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients over the phone to take orders for prescribed medications.
• Carefully verify and cross-check all prescriptions received to ensure accuracy.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of nutraceutical products to patients.
• Inform the dispatch team of orders and ensure the correct and timely dispatch of medications.
• Monitor the status of dispatched orders, ensuring all orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Provide patients with regular updates on the status of their orders and answer any questions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of orders, prescriptions, and patient interactions.

Requirements:

• Must be a certified pharmacist.
• Previous experience in a telecalling role in the pharma industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical & nutraceutical products.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to cross-check prescriptions and ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure orders are dispatched within the set timeline.
• Ability to work closely with the dispatch and operations teams.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
