- Addressing concerns: Resolving customer concerns or issues
- Collecting data: Gathering data on the impact of a company’s products or services, and relaying it to relevant departments
- Maintaining records: Keeping daily call records and submitting daily progress reports
- Meeting targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Staying updated: Staying updated with market trends
- Customizing scripts: Memorizing scripts and customizing them for clients based on the situation
- Adhering to guidelines: Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
