JOB SUMMARY: RuLoans is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Telecaller to be part of our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, introduce them to our range of products and services, and generate leads or sales. As a Telecaller, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and converting prospects into loyal clients.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and generate leads or sales.
- Close sales and meet monthly targets by effectively engaging customers.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and drive conversions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 Pass or Graduation in any field.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage customer relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team towards common goals.
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
